Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care and support on Friday first shift only.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, report changes to healthcare providers as needed.
• Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient independence and well-being.

Qualifications:

• Valid RN or LPN license in the state of Iowa.
