We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Part-Time Housekeeping/Laundry staff member at St. Luke's Hospital Transitional Care Center in Cedar Rapids, IA. Our Transitional Care Center provides high-quality care and rehabilitation services to patients in need of short-term care following a hospital stay.

Job Responsibilities:

• Performing daily housekeeping duties to ensure a clean, sanitary, and safe environment for patients, staff, and visitors.
• Washing, drying, folding, and organizing laundry for patients and staff.
• Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and notifying supervisor when supplies need to be replenished.
• Assisting with other tasks as needed to support the overall operations of the Transitional Care Center.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in housekeeping and laundry services preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Compassionate and empathetic nature with a commitment to providing excellent care to patients.
• Ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and staff members.
