Caring Nurse for 1st/2nd Shift at St. Luke's Hospital Transitional Care Center - Week days only!

Are you a dedicated and compassionate nurse looking to make a difference in the lives of patients at St. Luke's Hospital Transitional Care Center in Cedar Rapids, IA? We are currently seeking a caring nurse for 1st/2nd shift to join our team and provide exceptional care to our residents.

Responsibilities:

As a caring nurse for 1st/2nd shift, you will be responsible for:

• Providing high-quality nursing care to patients in our Transitional Care Center
• Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
• Monitoring patient vital signs and reporting any changes to the healthcare team
• Ensuring the safety and comfort of patients at all times

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate for the position of caring nurse for 1st/2nd shift will have:

• A current RN or LPN license in the state of Iowa
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a skilled nursing facility
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• A genuine passion for caring for others
