St. Luke's Hospital Transitional Care Center is currently seeking a Weekend Package Nurse (LPN or RN) to join our team for the 6A-6P shift on weekends. As part of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide top-notch care to our residents and support their transition back to health.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in a skilled nursing facility setting
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Document patient care accurately and timely

Qualifications:

• Active LPN or RN license in the state of Iowa
• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility
• CPR certification
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
